The winning project was a “Dwelling House” in Barry, Carnoustie, featuring 500m2 of Sika Sarnafil single ply S327 12EL membrane in Lead Grey. The roof consists of two triangles joined at the base to form the ridge line, plus the 17 degree slope drains to a box gutter at the perimeter. Because of this design, sharp lines to the gutters were essential. Finally the décor profile standing seams at 880mm centres, we were able to finish the roof off with crisp lines.
